What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, project type, budget, timeline and message. We also record how you reached the site (for example a campaign link or a referring website), so we know which channels bring inquiries.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage your project. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for warranties, taxes and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond within 30 days.
