The brief
A developer finish with white everything, a concrete ceiling the owners liked and nothing else they did. They entertain late and wanted the apartment to feel like a good hotel bar.
The design
Mimi kept the raw concrete ceiling and set it against polished marble-look floors, a black glass kitchen wall and a caramel velvet sectional. A mirrored black wall doubles the evening light, and one bold wallpaper gives the guest room its own character.
